Accepted Payment Options - For your shopping conveinence we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear). Please note; your order will be processed when your check clears, and not prior.
Shipping Time - Shipping time required for your ordered items will vary depending on; the distance between the shipping point and the delivery point, and seasonal changes such as weather. You can expect a 7-10 day range for delivery of your beautiful items.
Shipping Methods. - Whenever possible your stunning items will be shipped using Ground Service. Some items may be over-sized or overweight and require alternate delivery methods. These items are marked with an asterisk (*) next to their price and entail additional shipping charges as noted in their detailed descriptions Also many of our items may be shipped to you directly from our supplier or manufacturer. We do not ship outside the U.S.
Damaged Shipments - Make sure to check for any damages due to handling during shipping immediately upon delivery. If any noticeable damage has been sustained to the outside packaging notify the carrier right away, it's best to bring it to the attention of the driver if he or she is still there and make a note on the delivery notice indicating any damaged packaging. If you discover any concealed damage after the driver has left, make sure to keep all of the packing materials and call the carrier to return and check the damage. File a claim with the driver or follow their instructions to do so. Any damages sustained during shipment must be filed with the carrier. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the carrier.
Manufacturers Defects - If upon delivery you should happen to find what appears to be a defect in the workmanship of your item, please email our Customer Service department at Support@stylishhut.com to receive return instructions. If your item needs to be returned to us due to a manufacture's defect you will first need to obtain a Return Authorization Code from us. The Return Authorization Code must be clearly written on the outside of the package to ensure proper handling and tracking of the item for you to receive proper replacement. Packages will not be accepted if the Return Authorization Code is not clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Return Policy If for any reason, other than manufactures defects as stated above, you need to return an item you will need to first secure permission from our return department. You have 30 calendar days following the ship date in which to receive a refund. You must email your refund request to us at support@stylishhut.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), to receive your Return Authorization Code and return instructions. You must obtain a Return Authorization Code prior to returning your package. Packages will not be accepted if return instructions are not followed and the Return Authorization Code is not clearly marked on the outside of the package.
If in the rare occurence you are returning an item different than what you had originally ordered you must return all of the following with the item being returned:
- Complete package contents (item itself, instructions, manuals, etc.)
- Original packaging
- Original receipt or invoice received
What you should do after receiving authorization from our return department to receive proper replacement or refund for your item:
- Follow all instructions given to you from our return department or customer service.
- Clearly mark the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the return package.
- Be sure to keep track of all your shipping documents in your records in the event of loss of the returned merchandise. Please be sure to insure the merchandise to prevent any loss due to damages during return shipping. We can not be held liable for any returned merchandise that is not received by our return department.
We can only refund shipping costs when the return is due to an error resulting from our actions. You are responsible for all shipping charges if there has been no fault on our part causing the item to be returned or refused. We are not responsible for defective items, losses via transit, errors in shipping, incidental or consequential damages or other errors. Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the item(s) you purchase from us.
